The main symptom of dementia is a progressive decline in cognitive function, which can include memory loss, difficulty paying attention, language problems, and difficulty making decisions. People with dementia may also experience changes in their mood, personality, and behavior, and may struggle with everyday activities like dressing and eating. Wandering is one of the dangerous symptoms among people living with Dementia; at somepoint, many individual experience wandering.
